If you have a high-speed Internet connection,
downloading and installing the Java run-time system requires
about 5 minutes. To install Java:

Visit
http://java.sun.com/products/archive/

In the list box for "Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) / JDK/JRE - 5.0", select "5.0 Update 10" and press "Go"

In the next web page entitled "Download J2SE 5.0", click "Download JRE"

In the next web page entitled "J2SE(TM) Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 10", click "Accept"

Click on check box to the left of "Windows Online Installation..." and click over orange button "Download selected with Sun Download Manager"
